New Application MM2H Agent Fees

Item 1.15: MM2H Service Provider Charges

MM2H service providers can impose a service charge to participants by the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 [Act 723]. The charges are as follows:

  • RM70,000 for Platinum category MM2H participants
  • RM55,000 for Gold category MM2H participants
  • RM40,000 for Silver category MM2H participants
  • RM40,000 for MM2H participants in the Special Economic/Financial Zone category

Appendix D: Agent Services Under the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Program

Basic Services Include:

  1. Application fee
  2. Medical check-up
  3. Medical insurance
  4. MM2H visa fee
  5. Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) fees
  6. Journey Performed (JP) visa fee
  7. Translation services (if applicable)
  8. Security bond

Additional Services Include:

  1. Airport pick-up and accommodation upon arrival for MM2H participants
  2. Transfer services to and from the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture and the Malaysian Immigration Department (if needed)
  3. Maid application (country of origin)
  4. Application for MM2H Pass endorsement, extension, and program renewal
  5. Other MM2H-related services (subject to conditions set by OSC MM2H)

Important Note:

A Malaysian Federal Government Gazette approved on July 3, 2024, [KPDNKK.100-1/4/6; PN(PU2)695/JLD.35] specifies that the fixed MM2H service charges apply to one person only — the principal applicant.
